SC-Project is a race tested and race proven Italian exhaust manufacturer. SC-Project uses their MotoGP, Moto3, Moto2 and Superbike racing experience to push the limits and develop the highest level of exhaust performance.
The SC-Project S1 exhaust is a tapered exhaust with a large outlet diameter for enhanced exhaust air flow. The S1 performance is based off of technology directly developed in World Superbike racing. The silencer body features a conical shape for proper back pressure and optimal ground clearance during extreme lean angles.

A look with taut and decided lines will enrich Your Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R making it unique and exclusive. The exit pipe obtained by hydroforming and the carbon fiber end cap from the rhomboidal asymmetric shape make inimitable the silencer SC1-R. The lightweight outer body is available in Carbon version. The weldings with T.I.G., the sound-absorbing material resistant to very high temperatures and the insert bushings made in CNC machining embellish the SC1-R silencer. In the version Carbon on the silencer is applied an insert with the SC-Project logo as in the versions of our mufflers used in Competitions. In the kit are included the full titanium link pipe and the carbon heat protection.

In the version with Titanium body the R&D department of SC-Project wanted to make the SC1-R more elegant by imprinting the Logo by laser, without distorting the look, while in the Carbon version, on the silencer is riveted an insert with the SC-Project logo as in the versions of our mufflers used in Competitions. The entire system can be further improved with the addition of a carbon fiber protection made in the autoclave included in the kit.

The brand new SC1-R muffler could not be missing from the Kawasaki Z900 range. Its very small size, sharp and aggressive lines perfectly match Akashi's naked design. The exit cap is equipped with DB-Killer with a special locking system. The silencer is EURO5 approved. The external body is available both in Titanium and Carbon version. The mounting bracket to the frame is in Titanium. It is supplied with a large carbon protection made in autoclave, which completely takes the place of the original.
