TEC LOWERING All alloy rear gas piggyback shocks with adjustable damping to fit Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 & Continental GT 650.

The shocks feature:

A lot of customers find the seat height on the new RE twins a little high. These lowering shocks allow the seat height to be dropped by a max of 2 inches.
Our triple rate progressive springs.
They are adjustable in length from 335mm to 347mm between centres and can lower the seat by a maximum of 2 inches.
15 way adjustable ‘click’ rebound damping.
Built to order with springs to suit the rider weight. Please advise rider or pillion weight when ordering. Or springs will be supplied for average weight rider. If you have any questions just ask.
The design is much cleaner than the original shocks provided on the bike, which are a bit rounded and chunky in our opinion.

Provides better damping performance and are lighter than the original units.

TEC Performance Camshaft – Royal Enfield Himalayan

Elsewhere you will find that competitors have just ground the base circle on the stock Himalayan / Scram 411 camshaft. However, we found that this restricted the way the timing and lift could be changed. Lift on a re-ground stock cam is also restricted by the tappet adjustment range to about 0.5 Millimetre in lift. Modifying a stock cam also means the exhaust valve lifter arm needs to be ground very thin.

So, you can see why we started with a fresh blank steel billet and developed this drop-in Stage 2 fast road tune Camshaft, to give more lift ,duration and valve overlap . This also means the problematic exhaust valve lifter mechanism is no longer needed due to the Camshaft timing and valve overlap.

Made in the UK from scratch with a single piece of machined billet steel before being heat treated for hardness.

Tested extensively on all Euro 4 and 5 models during summer and winter temperatures.

Easily fitted by amateur mechanics (see our detailed video below) and even without any other changes to the ECU this will give around 20% extra power. Detailed written instructions with diagrams included with the part.

Please see the Dyno sheets on our 2019 stock Euro 4 Himalayan with standard ECU, more power can be gained with other simple changes if you wanted to go further.

The 3 Dyno runs are:

1) Bottom line – stock Euro 4 Himalayan
2) Centre line – Same bike with just the new camshaft installed, no other changes
3) Top line – Same bike with camshaft and DNA air filter and free flow silencer installed

One big advantage is that the bike now has the power to pull an extra tooth on the front sprocket which gives higher cruising speeds at lower revs with the added bonus of improved MPG.

This camshaft will completely transform your bike! Keeps all the bottom end torque, but gives much more urge above 4000 RPM ( see graph).Runs smoother with no more struggling to over-take 56 MPH lorries!

Kit includes 2 x mirrors (left and right) and universal fittings.

The OD of the mirrors is 88mm and the glass diameter is 81mm.

TecBike Shrouded LOWERING Shocks - Royal Enfield Meteor 350 / Classic 350

We have been asked a lot by riders if we can lower the seat height on the Meteor and ‘New’Classic 350 models. Although the style of the bikes looks low slung the seat height is higher than it looks.

These LOWERING shocks are 300mm between centers.

These will reduce the seat height approximately these will reduce seat height by 25-30mm depending on rider weight.

The front can also be lowered by a similar amount to match by sliding the fork tubes up through the yokes.

Can also be lowered more by fitting the option low seat.

Royal Enfield’s original pipes are small bore and have a welded in cat. This makes them very restrictive for your bike.

Our de-catted Big Bore pipes unleash a load of power.

Our 45mm pipes are a vast improvement over the cheaper and easier to make 40mm pipes you will find elsewhere.

Save a considerable amount of weight over the stock pipes.

Direct swap with the stock front pipes. Meaning you can use all silencers that fit the stock pipes as well as our ‘Cannon’ type silencers.

Finished in brushed stainless which are a perfect match to our ‘Cannon’ silencers.

We do not supply them polished but this can be done at home easily with buffing equipment.
